THIS WEEK’S LOSER TIP
All too often, people have no idea where they are on this long, winding road that is life. They’re in search of a way-station. Somewhere to pull over and take stock of what they have, and what they’re missing.
My advice to them—as well as to you if this is where you find yourself—is to keep driving because stopping looks an awful lot like quitting. No one likes a quitter. So get back out there, get your hands on the wheel, and pull slowly out of that parking spot. Don’t forget to check your blind spot. There you go. Hands at 10 and 2 please. Alright. Now gently accelerate. Always watching for other drivers. Looking both ways even though we have the green. You never know when some wacko’s gonna run a red light and plow right through you. Perfect.
